Sparkling Effort Award

This award is for sites that express a cute site, but not to extreme. Must have a good layout, visible information and above all no errors.

Enchanting Spirit Award

This is the average award for general sites, one that expresses ideas, with attitude. In short it should have a simple layout, content, and updates. No copying off others and just simple and sweet.
